Starting this weekend is the World Baseball Classic. If you’re unfamiliar with it, it’s like the World Cup of soccer but with only a 10th of the fanfare. Okay scratch that, with maybe with the same amount of fanfare. The World Baseball Classic is an international baseball tournament that only rolls around every three or now I guess every four years.
Would a $1,000 a tax credit from Maine and up to a $7,500 federal tax credit encourage you to buy an electric plug-in car? A bill heading to the Maine Legislature’s Taxation Committee would do exactly that.

Here I am it's Sunday morning sipping coffee and waiting for my dryer to be delivered. There are still two loads of wet laundry in the basement left from Friday when the dryer died. I'm freaking about mold and mildew in jeans but I guess they're okay, I'll rewash the loads when the dryer gets here.
