Science Experiment: Cold Temperatures + Hot Water = Snow [Moose Morning Show Flashback]

The last cold spell like the one we’re currently experiencing was just a couple years ago. I remember that a listener called the Moose Morning Show and told us about an experiment their child had tried. They said that if you throw hot water in the air it would turn to snow. So, we thought, “What the heck. Let’s try it!”

That bone chillin’ morning just happened to coincide with an appearance from ‘Trooper Tim.’ Tim Marks is a retired Maine State Trooper and currently a member of the Maine Legislature. He used to join us weekly to take questions from listeners.

Tim and I enjoyed our little experiment. Jon…not so much!
