Day 4: Tanks-Giving…The Last BIG Push is TODAY!

TANKS-GIVING is Central Maine’s biggest food drive. For years this food drive has been raising tons of non-perishables and thousands of dollars helping the food banks of central Maine.

All the non-perishables go the food bank for the Capital Area Salvation Army and donations of money help to benefit 19 area food banks. Those food banks include Bread Of Life, Wilton, Waterville, China Village, Augusta, Madison, Skowhegan, Smithfield, Monmouth, Oakland, Norridgewock, Hallowell, Winslow, Vassalboro, Fairfield, Palmyra, Farmington, Waterville, Windsor. Bottom line is…donations help all those food banks.

Today is the last big day!  You can donate at Walmart in Augusta and Walmart in Farmington from 9-4. Can't make it to one of those locations? OK! Just stop by the radio station and we will gladly take your donations for Tanks-Giving!
