May 28th is 'National Burger Day' and guess what we had for lunch. That's right, burgers. 

Actually it wasn't until I had already started the oven for fries that I read it was 'National Burger Day'. Coincidence, or do I just cook burgers often? Maybe it is a bit of both.

Either way, Vikki and I chowed down on grilled burgers. She had a single with cheese topped with ketchup and regular mustard. My burgers were doubles, one with cheese and one without. Both of mine were topped with ketchup, Dijon mustard, dill relish and lettuce. I would have used tomato if I had had any.
