Sidney Grandmother Does MDI Marathon and Raises Hundreds for Messalonskee Robotics Team

Theresa Savage is a hero. This weekend she did the MDI Marathon in the rain and she walked the whole darn thing. Yes. A marathon. That means 26.2 miles of hills and traffic and all in the rain. Why? Why does anyone do anything like that? Love.

Theresa was doing this not only as a personal goal, but as a fund raiser for her granddaughter’s robotics team. Kenzie is one of the coolest young women I have met in ages. She is part of the robotics team 2648 Infinite Loop. The team works hard to help support its self and their activities. That is what Theresa was doing it for! Way to go!
