What a cool thing to do for the bride. Just awesome! These are the words from the groom: "I wanted to give Natalie, my beautiful bride, an awesome gift at the wedding reception. So I asked my brother/best man, Asher, to secretly help me choreograph a dance for the groomsmen to practice at the bachelor party. Boom. She never saw it coming."
Thanks to the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce for another fantastic Kid's Day in Capitol Park, Augusta, part of the Whatever Family Festival. We were very happy to be asked to host the Dance/Kid's Stage and we enjoyed some wonderful performances from Nicole's School of Dance, Dance Unlimited and the Kennebec Dance Centre...
Okay, I have no idea what the announcer is saying, but no words are needed for the video. Watch two guys come out on stage and perform a very choreographed routine naked...except for 2 towels. Very funny!
Marie Anne's mom passed away late last summer. She died at home, as per her wish, thanks to Maine General Hospice, a non-profit arm of the hospital. Marie Anne said she wanted to raise money for them. I knew she'd see that desire to fruition. Tomorrow night at the Calumet Club in Augusta, it happens.
If you have some bubble wrap kicking around and like to dance, you might want to give this a try. This kid is cute and he's got some pretty good moves!
Earlier this week I discovered a video of an awesome Boston Celtics fan rocking out to Bon Jovi on a ‘Fan Cam.’ Now, get ready for an impromptu dance-off between a dancing usher and a cute little guy in the stands at a recent Detroit Pistons game.
There are touchdown dances and goal dances in hockey, but hockey is one sport where no one puts on an elaborate production after slipping in one in the net.
That may be about to change.
Frank Berenyi opened Shenanigans in downtown Augusta a year ago. Having owned and operated several clubs over the past ten or fifteen years, he knows when he has a winner. Shenanigans is, clearly, a winner!
Clearly, this mom is pretty happy when the summer ends and school begins, but to celebrate it roadside with a song and dance, to many, might seem a little over the top. What do YOU think?
Thanks to Trisha, Molly, Allie and their instructor Jodi from the Dance Connection in Fairfield for joining the Moose Morning Show. They are preparing to head to the nationals in July in Virginia Beach. You can help out and have some great food, too.
Sadly I have yet to win with Tim Horton's Roll up the Rim contest this year. If I do and turn in my "cup peeling" I hope to get this Tim Horton's employee or someone like her. She's awesome. This video will remind you that there is still really good customer service out there.
This has been out for awhile but last night was the first time I'd sat and watched it in its entirety. Pretty cool stuff. The first thirty seconds is dark so don't smack your display! Enjoy!
