To say there's been a little bit of controversy surrounding this year's 'Winslow Miss 4th of July Pageant,' is just a bit of an understatement.

Molly Lybrook, 17, a recent Lawrence High School graduate was crowned at Saturday's ceremony. After the judge's votes were recounted, it was discovered Caitlin Grenier, 14, of Winslow, was the winner.

Pageant organizers suggested the two compromise, sharing the title, but Lybrook wants them to stick with the original ruling.

This is somebody else’s mistake... I won fair and square, and if it truly was a mistake, then I’m sorry, but that’s something the person who made the mistake has to pay for, not me — the winner.

What do you think should happen?
