A turnkey brewery is now up for sale in Farmington!

Many Mainers and tourists have been to the iconic Tumbledown Brewing, located in the foothills of Western Maine.

The area includes the Appalachian Trail, Bigelow Preserve, and Mount Blue State Park, as per the post. This is a perfect spot for camping, nature enthusiasts, and hikers!

This business is listed for sale for $225,000 by Breweries for Sale and Auction, Matthew Swan on Probrewer.

If you're interested, your purchase will be the Brewery as well as the Tumbledown Brand. The Tumbledown Brand has been in operation since 2014 and distributes their beers throughout the entire state of Maine, according to the post.

According to the listing, this brewery has a seven-barrel brewhouse, with fermenters and a brite tank. It has an annual production of around 300 barrels, and the potential for over 500 barrels. Even though the tap room is on the smaller side, it has a lot of outdoor seating, with a semi-permanent food truck from spring through fall.

Farmington has a population of around 4,500, including the University of Maine Farmington and many businesses.

Downtown has a fun and energetic scene with almost 10 bars and restaurants, many of which offer you Tumbledown beers, not to mention the branding of Tumbledown Brewing, which is very well-known throughout Maine and enjoyed by many.
