Would You Be OK With Your Significant Other Working With Their Ex?

Who else is into the TV show, ‘Parenthood’? I’m for one very sad to see it go. This Thursday, January 29th will be the series finale. If you watched last night’s episode, you saw Julia and Joel trying to make things work. It brought up the question, how would you feel if your significant other worked with their ex?

As I am not in the situation, I can say I think I would be all right with it. On the other hand, if I was in that scenario I wonder if I would be fine with it.

Almost 20 years ago, the shoe was on the other foot and I quit a job when I worked with someone I had had a relationship with but in the end married that co-worker so just because a person quits doesn’t mean it’s over. I was never told to quit I just thought it was the right thing to do at the time.

Could you handle or how would you handle your husband or wife working with an ex? Would you be fine with it or would you be worried everyday? I would love to hear your responses.
