As I made my through Pittston after touring the incredible Town of Terror yesterday, I passed a lone cow cavorting (sort of) with a chicken. The pair nearly brought a tear to my eye. It is in the spirit of interspecies friendship that I bring you this poem. Please, share it with somebody you love.

A cow and chicken, a chicken and cow,
They seemed to be friends, it made me say, “wow.”
They hung out together, and seemed very chummy,
I imagined the hen fried up crisp in my tummy.
The chicken was clucking, the cow just said moo,
The leghorn ran ‘round as the cow stood and chewed.
I got so excited I started to shake,
And drove home to have me some chicken fried steak.
