When it comes to great places to get chicken, I am your go-to guy. I'm really the leading expert in all things chicken in Maine, if we're being honest with each other.

And now, we will have another great place in Augusta to snag some dope chicken wings and tenders.

It's now commonly referred to just as B-Dubs, but the eatery, originally founded in 1982 by Jim Disbrow in Columbus, Ohio started out as Buffalo Wild Wings.

Most of us are familiar with their typically large restaurants that feature loads of large TVs that are airing an array of different sporting events.

However, this location will be a little different.

As Buffalo Wild Wings has evolved over the years, so too has their overall business plan. In recent years, the company has shifted its model to a to-go model that specializes in pick-up and delivery only.

Months ago, we reported that B-Dubs was opening one of their new B-Dubs GO locations here in Augusta, and now they finally have an opening date. *Insert fist pump into the air here*.

According to a post from their Facebook page, the new store, located at the old Amatos on Western Ave, is slated to open its doors to the public on Monday, December 16th.

You can check them out online to view all of their GO offerings, but rest assured, chicken tenders and fries are absolutely on the list.

Now I just have to figure out if they'll deliver all the way to Windsor?
