According to eyewitness reports (Renee Nelson), lights were even seen on in the building late Saturday evening. Could this mean that the retail giant is preparing to unlock its doors after months of remaining closed? Well, according to the sign on their door, probably!

TJ Maxx, according to Google, is an American department store chain, selling items typically at lower prices than competing stores. TJ Maxx has more than 1,000 stores nationwide and is owned by the TJX company. When you load up their mobile website, you're prompted to select one of several menu options including; Shoes, women, handbags, runway, home, men and kids. The store also boasts a very popular store membership card.

As we begin to see out shopping centers return to normal, it is critical to remember that we should never tell my wife that TJ Maxx is open again. Seriously, if you could all not do that it'd be great. I really enjoy having her around. I also enjoy having money on hand for groceries and gas. If you value my family being able to get around and have food on the table, you can't tell her about this. If you do, well, actually there's nothing I can do about it. But I will scowl in your general direction.

In all seriousness, don't tell my wife. But, if you enjoy shopping til' you're dropping, the Marketplace @ Augusta is coming back to life- and fast! Remember, things still aren't exactly how the were before the 'rona. So, you may still have to wait in line before you can get in to your favorite store. Be patient! And be kind.
