Maine State Trooper Killed On I-95

According to WMTW, a Maine State Trooper was killed this morning (April 3rd) on  I-95 in Hampden.

According to the story, the trooper was identified as  Det. Ben Campbell.

The accident took place just South of the Colebrook Road overpass at approximately 7:30 AM.  The trooper was out of his vehicle with a disabled car, when he was struck by a tractor-trailer.  He was taken to Eastern Maine Medical Center, where he died.
