Can You Fill ‘Er Up? I’ve Got Some Bacon for Ya!

Here's the mission.  Drive from New York to Los Angeles between now and September 23rd.  A very doable undertaking.  But let's throw in an obstacle: you have no money....only Oscar Mayer bacon.  Ready....GO!

Actor and comedian Josh Sankey is doing just that after being selected by Oscar Mayer to visit 12 U.S. cities along the way paying for whatever he needs with the company's new, thick bacon which, they say, is worth it's weight in gold.  By the way, he has 3,000 pounds of it for the trip which should give him plenty of bartering power.

Here's a quote from Josh's website about the mission: “I need your help. I’m driving from NY to LA with no cash and no cards – just a trailer full of 'Butcher Thick Cut Bacon' to barter with you for food, lodging and everything else I need. It’s all to find out if America loves this bacon as much as money!”
