NHL- Bruins lost to San Jose last night, 5-4. The B’s are now 2-6 and 1 on home ice. Tomorrow night they host Minnesota.
AHL- Pirates are in Syracuse tonight.
NBA- Celtics host Dallas tonight.
Golden State won their 12th straight game last night, 115-110 over Toronto. Steph Curry scored 37 points. The Warriors are off to a perfect start. The NBA record is 15 games to open the season. That’s held by the ’48-’49 Washington Capitols and the ’93-’94 Houston Rockets.
MLB- Multiple media sources reported yesterday that Red Sox slugger, David Ortiz, will retire after the 2016 season.
NFL- Pats lineman, Nate Solder told reporters that his 4 month old son, Hudson, has kidney cancer. Solder himself has been treated for testicular cancer.
