Check Out The Latest Addition At Augusta’s The Red Barn
Laura and the entire staff at Augusta's The Red Barn restaurant are known for how much they care. How much they care about our community. How much they care about our military veterans. And, how much they care about their customers.
That love they show for their customers is one of the main reasons Laura completely closed the heritage eatery down when the COVID-19 pandemic first rolled into Central Maine. While the place is loved by nearly everyone who eats there, many of her customers are on the "older" side. She was extremely concerned about how they would be affected by the virus.
Now, she's built an enclosed outdoor seating area. In addition to providing shade, it will keep the elements off customers.
In a post on the restaurant's Facebook, she said:
"I have new seating with shade at the Barn. We are ready for the cold season and I am so happy that we can still serve food and seating right through November at least. Come and see! Love,Laura"
