CRINGE! This Maine Town Has Been Overrun By Rats

According to WMTW and WGME, a home on Blake Street in Hartland has a massive rat infestation.

Residents say the infestation was caused by garbage and manure being left outside the home. Some residents say they, and their pets, have been bitten by the rats.

Apparently, the issue has been going on since early spring and, as the house is next to Somerset Elementary School, officials are trying to get it cleaned up before school starts.
