CVS Hiring – And Giving Bonuses To – 50,000 People

According to WMTW, pharmacy chain CVS is planning to hire 50,000 people in the coming weeks.

These are a mix of full-time, part-time, and temporary jobs.  Roles range from stores associates, to distribution center employees, to customer service people.

The bonuses, which range from $150 to $500, will be for staff "on the front lines".  Basically, those who will be working in their stores, leaving them potentially vulnerable to contact with the coronavirus.

And, depending on location, employees may be able to take advantage of Bright Horizons network in-home daycare providers.
