Dave Dostie Photography Captures The Essence of Camp Out Hunger

Dave Dostie isn't just an amazing friend of the Moose Morning Show, he's also an incredible local photographer. As a matter of fact, it's unlikely that you ever see a high-end picture of Augusta that didn't come from the lens of one of Dave's cameras. We've been so blessed to have him volunteer his time to capture some of the coolest moments of our time at Camp Out Hunger 2020.

One of the biggest things to understand about this massive food drive is that it is FUN! Sure, we sit in the parking lot at Sam's Club around the clock for five days, but boy do we have fun doing it. We get to spend a ton of time with coworkers that we absolutely adore as well as meet all sorts of new people and listeners from all over Central Maine.

Of course in the down times when we have no one dropping off non-perishable food items we still find ways to entertain ourselves. For instance, you can find us taking a spin in the donated golf cart from Ripley and Fletcher Preowned in Farmington, or pushing each other around the parking lot on those giant Sam's Club flatbed carts. Yes, we really do those things. Basically what I'm saying is we do a ton of laughing at Camp Out Hunger.. Check out some of these incredible photos Dave has captured over the last several days.
