Doing a Post-Procedure Hospital Survey

If you've ever spent any time in the hospital, I'm sure you've received a survey to fill out asking you about your experience. Back in February, I had a hernia repair and I received a survey to fill out a month or so ago. I never did finish it and mail it in, so guess what, I got another one in the mail to fill out.

I know the hospital wants this information to use as input in helping make the facility better and to keep those working on their toes, but these questions are confusing. Some of these questions are near impossible to answer as I either was under at the time or have little to no knowledge of what happens and is said between when I'm not around or awake.

It's now done as I finish writing this post. I'll stick it in the mail on my way into work.

Do you do the surveys after services at hospitals or purchases at stores?
