Frosty’s Donuts Coming to Town! Downtown Gardiner That Is!

Gardiner has been very active and creative in attracting new business to their downtown. As a result, Frosty's Donuts is coming to town! The program is called the Gardiner Growth Initiative. It is made up of Gardiner Main Street, The Bank of Maine, the Gardiner Board of Trade and the city of Gardiner. 

They have had a mix of business in mind with this including a bakery and according to the KJ, Frosty's had been mentioned by name. And it worked. Frosty's Donuts has been in business in Brunswick for about 50 years.  Recently they have branched out and this will be their fourth location.  They are opening at the end of the month.

Frosty's Donuts has a nice location in downtown Gardiner. The corner of U.S. Route 201 and Water Street, right across from the Gardiner Post Office.  Now here is a fun fact, that intersection has the highest traffic count of any downtown corner, and it’s seen by drivers coming through Gardiner to get to Interstate 95 or 295. Who knew?
