Get A Credit On Your Spectrum Bill After Last Week’s Outages

According to WMTW, Spectrum is offering a bill credit to anyone affected by last week's outages.

The credit will not be automatic.  Subscribers will need to apply to get a credit.

The cable TV and internet provider suffered two outages in the last week: one on Friday and one on Saturday.  The outages were related to weather.

Since service was only out for a few hours, the bill credits range from $2 to $10.
