I love chicken wings!  Really...  Love...  Chicken...  Wings!  But, I am not a fan of normal "hot wings" - the type that has Frank's Red Hot on 'em.

I'm all about the unique flavors: Thai chili, Cajun, Bourbon BBQ, etc.

The one thing I do differently, is swap the honey out for pure maple syrup!  That simple change makes for a completely different, and amazing, flavor!
