Girl Scouts of Maine's annual cookie sale is in high gear!

Girls Scouts' booths are at business locations throughout the state and this year you can also help out the Meals on Wheels Program.

You can donate cookies though the Cookie Share Program to home-bound older adults throughout the state who receive meals from Maine's Agencies on Aging.

Girl Scouts of Maine Interim CEO Joanne Crepeau says:

Booth sales are an important part of teaching business and entrepreneurial skills to girls. Every time someone buys a box of cookies, they help girls learn 5 essential skills—goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics and support them in reaching important goals to better themselves and their communities. Girls are running a business every time they open a booth to sell cookies.
