Today's KOD goes to a 70-year-old Kansas man who was sentenced this week for bank robbery. He told the court that he would rather be in jail than be at home with his wife. So what did the judge do? He sentenced our KOD to home confinement for 6 months and he can not leave his home. More in the video!
