According to brewery owner Mike Snowdale, the great taste isn’t the only thing catching people’s attention.

It’s also the can design, the clever name, and the fact that the Patriots are playing well again that have helped fuel the buzz. Snowdale said the idea came from a mix of a classic Seinfeld reference and his own optimism as a season-ticket holder, happily admitting that his hope in quarterback Drake Maye paying off has made the beer even more fun to celebrate.

Since the Patriots returned to the playoffs, Snowdale told WBZ-TV in Boston that demand for the beer has exploded.

Selling out batches within hours and drawing lines of customers grabbing cases, the rush has been overwhelming at times. Still, the brewery says it’s a good problem to have—and one they’re happy to celebrate as the Pats start winning again.
