As a wedding DJ who frequently provides music for the ceremony, this has occurred to me once or twice.

What if the groom has a big family and a ton of friends, but the bride is an only child who has a close circle of friends?  Potentially, this could lead to an unbalanced number of groomsmen and bridesmaids.

According to Forbes, there is a solution...  Professional Bridesmaids

The magazine says the average hired bridesmaid makes about a grand per gig.  In addition to being a part of the ceremony and associating with guests, they may also be called upon to offer advice to the bride (as they, in theory, attend many weddings).

So, in theory, is there a male version?  Hired groomsman?

Some of the other unusual jobs that pay well include: golf ball divers, ethical hackers, and medical illustrators.  Check out the list HERE
