Maine is One of the Top 5 ‘Smartest States’

According to a new survey from Movoto, Maine ranks among the smartest states in America. They analyzed more than 500,000 tweets from across the country to determine the average grade reading level of each state. That's the good news. The bad... sadly, the entire United States scored just below a 5th grade reading level.
