My Wife a Bridesmaid, I The DJ @ My Last Wedding of The Season

Typically my last wedding of the year is well in to November and even sometimes early December. However, because of the pandemic that decided to rear it's ugly head this year, my final wedding weekend of 2020 was on my birthday, Saturday, October 17th.

Though the circumstances surrounding wedding planning and execution have been trying at best this year, I couldn't have planned a better way to wrap this season up then the incredibly fun night we had Saturday in Belgrade. And it wasn't just a 'normal wedding' either. Nope, it was my cousin (in-law), Katie's big day! She and Nick tied the knot at the Village Inn in Belgrade Lakes under a beautiful Autumn Maine sky next to the crashing waves of Long Pond. What's even crazier is that it down poured all day long leading up to the 3:30 ceremony time. About 15 minutes before it was 'go time', the rain suddenly stopped and the sun popped out and the skies turned blue! Coincidence? I think not!

Additionally, my wife Keri was a bridesmaid- and of course she looked stunning as always. All in all it was just a really great day celebrating Katie and Nick all while being surrounded by so many great friends and family members. I've included a gallery of some of the pictures we took over the weekend so you can have a peek at the fun, too! It's always the best when you get to attend a wedding and be the DJ all at the same time. That was I can guarantee that my own requests always get played. Ha!
