General contractor Cianbro of Pittsfield is looking for 300 employees for construction work in Maine and up and down the eastern seaboard.

Due to a backlog, Cianbro is looking for experienced electricians, ironworker/riggers, pipe welders, pipe fitters, millwrights, construction foremen in all trades, carpenters, superintendents, concrete specialists, schedulers, crane operators and mechanical foremen.

Cianbro does work on infrastructure like bridges, the company also installs large machines for manufacturing plants and does a lot more and many of their projects are multi-year.

Most of Cianbro's contracted work sites are are located in Maine, however, there are projects up and down the eastern seaboard.

Cianbro says extensive experience in a prospective employee is preferred but isn't always necessary. They will train on the job if you have know-how.
