Remember the incident at the Bangor Waterfront this past summer involving Mick Brown, Ted Nugent's drummer? Well, Brown was accused of driving drunk in a golf cart. Today (Tuesday, Nov. 13) he entered a plea.

Back in July, police said the 55 year old stole a golf cart used by concert staff and drove recklessly around the Front Street area while several people tried to stop him. Today he pleaded guilty to Operating Under the Influence and was was fined $1,000. Brown did not make an appearance at the court in Bangor. Instead, his lawyer entered the drummer's guilty plea and in exchange, three other charges; driving to endanger, theft and assault, were all dropped.
