If you're looking for a fun and affordable way to kick off summer, the annual Rockport Donut Festival is the place to be. Taking place June 12–13, this free, family-friendly event celebrates everything donuts while bringing the community together for two days of entertainment, activities, and delicious food.

So Many Donut Businesses Participate

One of the biggest reasons I would love to attend is simple: I love donuts. The idea of having so many well-known donut businesses gathered in one place is amazing. From The Holy Donut and Ruckus Donuts to The Only Doughnut, Eight 8 Donuts, The Donut Grove, Graffiti Donuts, and Old Time Donuts, there will be thousands of donuts to sample and enjoy. As someone who loves donuts, being able to visit so many different donut vendors in one location would be one of the highlights of the festival for me.

What Else Is Happening During The Weekend?

Beyond the donuts, the festival offers something for everyone. Visitors can enjoy live music, food trucks, an artisan market, a parade, a lobster crate race, and even a homemade donut contest. Families can take advantage of activities in the CedarWorks Kids Tent, while runners and walkers can participate in the 5K family fun run and walk. There is also the Salty Seal Beer Garden for adults looking to relax and enjoy the festivities.

The Rockport Donut Festival is a unique event that celebrates local businesses, community spirit, and a beloved sweet treat. Best of all, admission is completely free, making it a perfect summer outing for families, friends, and donut lovers alike. Rain or shine, the festival promises a memorable experience for anyone looking to enjoy great food and community fun.
