Sanford Maine Man Arrested After Allegedly Using A Sword During A Robbery
According to the Sanford Maine Police Department, an 18 year old man was arrested on Monday morning after allegedly stealing several items from Airport Variety in South Sanford and threatening employees with a sword.
When police responded to the scene of the alleged robbery, they were told a young man had taken alcohol and cigarettes from the store. When confronted, the man pulled out a large knife.
After being apprehended, Shamus Malone was taken to the York County Jail where he is being held on $5,000 bail.
