I’m thrilled to be a Portland Sea Dogs fan, and didn’t think I could love them any more than I already do, but now I do.

It was recently announced that the amazing players on the Portland Sea Dogs were able to collaborate with Maine Children's Cancer Program for a very special cause. The Sea Dogs have recently partnered up with the Maine Children's Cancer Program (MCCP) to make unique, beautiful, hand-designed uniforms.

This cute collab not only highlights the team's commitment to helping these brave patients, but also raises awareness.

In addition, the creativity is incredible, and gives these strong kiddos a platform to show off their skills!

How did this happen?

Well, the Sea Dogs invited young patients from the MCCP to design special jerseys for the entire team to wear.

The young artists proudly poured their artistic abilities into their creations, resulting in colorful and meaningful uniforms. Each designed reflected that child's hope and courage.

Head over to the Portland Sea Dogs' Facebook page to discover the beautiful new uniforms, created in collaboration with the Maine Children's Cancer Program!
These special jerseys are now available for auction, with all proceeds benefiting the MCCP. Place your bid here to support this wonderful cause!

Each jersey is signed by the players, as well as the one and only Sea Dogs Mascot, Slugger!
