Seeing Shows At The Maine Savings Pav Is About To Get Even Better
If you make trips to see shows at Westbrook's Maine Savings Pavilion at Rock Row, you are going to love this!
According to a press release from Waterstone Properties Group, the $600 million dining / retail / entertainment complex will soon be the home to a new hotel.
The 122-room Element by Westin hotel, will rise high above the quarry lake to provide amazing views of Rock Row. Additionally, it will have walking paths and green spaces for guests to enjoy. The hotel is slated to open in 2022
From the sounds of it, the hoteliers plan for the property to become an integral part of Rock Row - helping to host festivals, races, and other events.

If you have never had a chance to visit Rock Row, this video gives you a pretty good idea of what the place offers (or, will offer, once everything is built).
Waterstone Properties purchased the quarry site in 2017. The first concerts were held at the Maine Savings Pavilion, which replaced the Maine State Pier concert venue, in 2019.
