A 7-year-old from Brewer is fundraising for 25 bikes and helmets for the Boys and Girls Club of Bangor.  He is doing this so other kids who may not have as much can have bikes for the summer.

His name is Dorian Pillsbury, aka D-Max is fundraising for the bikes and last weekend has a lemon-aid stand set up in Brewer in front of a grocery store.  According to WABI he also had cotton candy and special ‘D-Max’ merch. Yep, the kid has his own t-shirts and stuff.

D-Max even has received a hand with business sponsorships giving him a solid start to this campaign getting about a third of the way to his goal.

He is still taking donations and you can help out. Here is the link to the online site to help this third-grader do a very good thing for other kids.
