It's always fun when you can play hookie and go out for a round of golf on a Friday, isn't it? Well, what if I told you we could give you the BEST excuse to get out and have some fun on the course, skip work, and promote a worthwhile cause right here in Central Maine?

Well, grab your friends and your clubs, because it's that time of the year again. The annual Bob Burns Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit Kelly's Cause For Brain Tumors and the National Brain Tumor Society. And, this year, the tournament is being held at Central Maine's gorgeous Natanis Golf Club in Vassalboro.

The tournament, which will be held on Friday, June 30th, seeks to raise money for an important cause, all while letting our supporters have a boat-load of fun at the same time. You see, Kelly's dad, Bob Burns, tragically passed away from brain cancer in 2006 and, since then, she has made it her life's mission to fundraise for brain tumor research, and the families that this nasty disease affects.
