Christine Durgin, Snow Pond Center for The Arts, Director of Community Relations joined us on the Moose Morning Show to talk about their upcoming blood drive in Sidney, October 27, from 9am to 2pm, in Alumni Hall.

This blood drive is to honor a local heart transplant recipient, Jennifer Browne, who two years ago, developed aggressive heart disease. She had a triple-bypass heart surgery, and in July of last year, she had a heart transplant at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.

She received more than 20 units of lifesaving blood.
