So Far No Shooting Stars For Me, You?

Over the past couple of days and I guess a few more days moving forward, we’re supposed to be entertained by meteor showers. I was outside last night off and on throughout the later part of the evening, but saw nothing.

I even got a coffee for the experience. I had a camera at the ready, but all three times I went outside, I saw nothing. I saw the moon, the Big Dipper along with other stars, but I think it would a bad scene if the Big Dipper started falling. I will try again tonight if the skies are clear enough, hopefully I’ll have better luck.
