Maine Thanksgiving

A local Central Maine restaurant has kicked of Thanksgiving with a very special dish that you are not going to want to miss.

This year I am hosting my very first Thanksgiving meal. Which mean, I am going to be cooking the bird, but have no idea what I am doing. This turkey is taunting me from the fridge.
