‘The Office’ Premiers 15 Mins of Never Before Seen Footage
Longtime American favorite 'The Office' is no longer on the Netflix streaming platform but rather on NBC's Peacock platform. To commemorate the occasion, the show has released 15 minutes of bonus features, never before seen outtakes and other fun material.
Now before we get into this, let me start by saying that I have never seen an episode of The Office. Sure, I've stumbled upon it on TV from time to time and stayed on the channel long enough to catch the beginning, middle or end of an episode but I've never seen one in its entirety. And yes, I understand that if I actually sat down and gave it a few episodes that I might actually fall in love with the show, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I suck, I know.
I don't know, I just don't get the hype. I don't understand what people find so darn addicting about this show. Every scene I've seen is just bland, obviously scripted and not funny. I'm sure I will take some flack for these statements, but it's true... it's just how I feel.
Honestly Office fans, if you want a show that's shot in this 'documentary sitcom' style, you should stop watching The Office and instead watch Parks & Recreation. In my opinion, though I've never watched The Office, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Parks & Rec is better... because The Office doesn't have a Ron Swanson.
