This is Just Awful to Hear – A Woman Complaining About a Screaming Child [Video]

I cannot believe this woman and what she is saying. Are there really people out there this angry?

The woman's name is Kathleen Smith and she should have her social media account suspended. That may be a bit harsh but seriously, how can anyone post such harsh angry words?
