This Popular Waterville Restaurant Is For Sale

According to a post on realty site BizBuySell, downtown Waterville's 18 Below Raw Bar - Grill is for sale.

The casual upscale restaurant, located at 18 Silver Street, is described as being "3000 square feet of tastefully designed space with brick walls & polished cement floors, there is also a separate 450 sq ft space for private dining events."

The ad also mentions that it is walking distance from the new Colby dorms and from a downtown hotel that is currently being constructed.

The asking price?  $345,000!  But, apparently, the seller is very motivated.
