Did you know gifting marijuana is legal in Maine?

Dennis Meehan, owner of Summit Medical Marijuana, a medical marijuana facility, offered up grass for trash, this past weekend.

It was all part of Gardiner's Clean-Up Day. So, Meehan offered residents who were over 21, free marijuana if they brought in a bag of trash that was collected in town.

According to WCSH, he would also like to extend the idea statewide.
