I had to do a double take at this double decker post because I wasn't sure if it was really happening or not, but it is. Topsham Fair just dropped a bombshell of an announcement, and it’s nothing short of mind-blowing!

Each year, the Topsham Fair brings all the family fun with ferris wheels, cotton candy, and more. This legendary Maine fair is back, and it’s gearing up to be the spectacle of the season!

Brace yourself, because this year is guaranteed to knock your socks off. I'm talking heart-pounding rides that defy gravity, games that'll test your skills, and enough fair food to make your taste buds dance all night long.

As if that wasn’t enough to get your heart racing, hold onto your hot dogs, because they will be offering a new heat: the double decker demolition derby! What?

So, this is how it is going to work. As per the post, you take a smaller car and strip out its engine, transmission, and suspension, leaving just the shell. You'll keep all the body panels intact, then hoist it onto another car, which is the base car.

Shawn Roberts states you will then bolt it securely through the bottom car's floor and to its roof. It's more work than your usual derby car, but man, it's gonna be a blast to see two cars on top of each other!

This is extremely unique, and I don't think I've ever heard of a derby that stacks cars on top of each other! The Topsham Fair is offering help to stack your cars, if needed.

As per the post, Ye Old English is going to pay the winner of the heat $500! This will all take place on Sunday the 13, starting at 4:30pm.

I am pretty sure this is going to be a sight to behold this year, and I, for one, won't miss it. For more information about the Topsham Fair, visit their Facebook page!
