Falmouth Senior Wins Travis Roy Award

Isac Nrodstrom of Falmouth capped his high school hockey career by winning the Travis Roy Award which goes to the top class A senior in the state.Nordstrom received the award at the class A hockey coaches association banquet in Lewiston Sunday afternoon (March 15) and becomes the 20th player to claim the honor.

He was such a dominating player that he won the award despite missing six games this season. Nordstrom finished the season with 15 goals including 2 game winners and 16 assists.

His Falmouth team finished the season 14-6 after losing in the Western Maine semifinals. Nordstrom helped his team win the State Championship the previous two years.
