Around the Holidays, most of us watch at least a couple Christmas movies.  Often, these end up being the old school classics like "It's A Wonderful Life" or "Die Hard".

But, what was the FIRST Christmas movie made?  Probably 1947's "Miracle on 34th Street", 1956's "White Christmas", or 1946's "It's A Wonderful Life", right?

Nope!

According to Wikipedia, the first Christmas movie made was most-likely 1898's "Santa Claus".  The movie was made by British film pioneer George Albert Smith and shows Santa delivering presents to a brother and sister.  Considering it was made over 120 years ago, it shows several sophisticated film making techniques.
