Waterville Man Exposes Himself to Child at TJ Maxx in Augusta
According to the KJ, Nicholas R Hutchings of Waterville was in court yesterday morning and has even more charges pending in other Maine counties.
For the charges in Kennebec County, Hutchings was arrested by Augusta Police after reportedly exposing himself to an 11-year-old girl at TJ Maxx. Just before the call came in from that store, another call had come in from Kohl's where Hutchings allegedly had been in the store several times and exposed himself to a customer service employee.
Hutchings has been charged with visual sexual aggression against a child. He also has other pending cases in Sagadahoc and Cumberland counties involving victims who were 20, 19 and 18 years old.
According to the Kennebec Journal, Hutchings bail was revoked in those other cases while bail on the new Kennebec County case was set at $10,000. Conditions on the bail include that he have NO contact with children under 18, not use or possess illegal drugs, not return to Kohl’s or T.J. Maxx stores, and have no contact with the victims in the case.
