Waterville Recount Rejects Plastic Bag Ban

According to the KJ, a recount has overturned Waterville's ban on plastic grocery bags.

The recount rejected the referendum by a margin of 7 votes - 2,918 to 2,911.

It originally passed with 3,052 YES votes to 2,906 NO votes.
