What’s the Weirdest or Worst That’s Gone Through the Washer and Dryer?

With a family of five, laundry is a task that needs to be done a few times a week and every so often I forget to go through pockets and once in awhile things that go through the wash that shouldn't.

I was doing laundry this morning at home and forgot to go through my pockets and washed a wad of money. I’m sure you’ve had cash go through the washer and dryer before, but what’s the weirdest or worst thing that’s gone through your wash?

For me the worst was probably gum. It got over at least 50% of the clothes; luckily it all eventually came out either by using ice or picking it off. I caught that fiasco before it hit the dryer.

I once washed a flash drive. That made me nervous because of all the information on it. And even worse the stick wasn’t even mine, it was my wife’s. Thankfully it still worked after going through the washer. I also caught it before it went through the dryer.
